Paige Dotson Peabody, ESQ. Founder and CEO, Esquire Properties is a Detroit area native and a graduate of the University of Michigan. She is a licensed attorney with experience in the fields of real estate and securities. She is on the board of directors at the Children's Center and actively involved in the Women's Economic Council, Greater Detroit Chamber, Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit Historical Society and the Detroit Zoological Society.

Peabody founded Esquire properties in 1998 because of her love for Detroit and desire to see it reborn. Her interest in its growth and prosperity goes back generations. Peabody's great-grandfather, Hazen S. Pingree, was one of Detroit's most influential mayors and served two terms as governor.

Peabody's desire lead her to become a founding member of the Detroit Leadership Council. As such, she was able to bring together many of Detroit's ardent entrepreneurs to begin this journey. Since then, she has dedicated her heart and soul to the redevelopment of Detroit and has established a company who's goals and objectives are to provide developers with the tools they need to succeed in this marketplace and buyers the marketplace they've so long desired.

Jon Z. Grabowski, Esquire Properties, President: Jon's passion for "big city" development began in Philadelphia where he was born into a family of commercial stone-masons and roofing contractors. After attending Michigan State University on an athletic scholarship, Jon graduated Cum Laude with an Honors Degree in Economics and Business Management. Jon's last day on campus was speaking at his graduation ceremony. Two hours later, Jon moved into a loft in the heart of Detroit and began his career as a real estate entrepreneur.

As President of Esquire Properties, a Detroit based full-service real estate brokerage and consulting firm that specializes in condominium and urban development, Jon has represented, marketed and sold $900 million worth of real estate investment since 2003. Under Jon's leadership, Esquire's services include development and market consulting, marketing and brand development, public relations, and day to day sales and marketing management. Esquire Properties has been featured in The Detroit Free Press, Crain's Business Detroit, and Hour Magazine and is widely acknowledged as the most recognizable name in Detroit residential real estate. Most recently, Jon was named to the prestigious 2006 Crain's 40 under 40 Business List for his accomplishments with Esquire Properties and the rehabilitation of the Book-Cadillac Hotel in Detroit, Michigan.
